Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized assistant cook to join our team at Ricky All Day Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
