Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Ricky All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
