Job Summary

The Auto Retention Specialist role provides exceptional customer service to existing clients and advises new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients' coverage and offer solutions proactively and creatively, using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and handle rejection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Level 1 General Insurance license (willingness to obtain Level 2)
  • Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance
  • Ease with technology and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently

Estimated Salary: $43,500 - $45,000 per year
