Job Summary
This role is responsible for servicing customers, coordinating administrative activities, and training administrative employees in the package center. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Take ownership of customers' shipping needs and offer viable solutions
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operate equipment, software, and devices, and train others
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
