Job Summary:

The Sales Associate II role is a dynamic position within the Tapestry organization, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our luxury retail environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to embody the Coach brand values and provide personalized support to our discerning customers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, negotiations, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers’ needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to Coach’s visual merchandising standards and making adjustments as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle customer returns, and maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish inventory, maintain stockroom organization, and support the store inventory process.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively, and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
