Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Brandt in Lethbridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within your designated territory.

About the Role
  • Sell new and used heavy equipment products within your assigned sales territory
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation
  • Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and customer needs
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote your territory
  • Prepare sales reports and prospecting updates as required
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales performance: Achieve sales targets within your territory
  • Territory management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and benefits
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel internationally (passport required)
  • Recent driver's abstract (required)
