Executive Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at WABASCA INN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing operational procedures, planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to meet hotel standards
- Coordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Coordinate contract services to support housekeeping operations
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times
- Maintain accurate financial records for housekeeping department
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet hotel needs
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
