Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Nova Inn Wabasca.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating inspections, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Coordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Supervise staff and ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Supervise in-house laundry services and schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Hire and dismiss staff
  • Respond to complaints of guests
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
