Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Nova Inn Wabasca. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed to maintain an effective and efficient team.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Client-focused and dependable with efficient interpersonal skills.
