We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at WABASCA INN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing operational procedures, planning and co-ordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. They will be responsible for maintaining financial records, scheduling and assigning duties of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.

The Executive Housekeeping Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure that the housekeeping department is running smoothly and efficiently. They will be responsible for responding to complaints of guests and ensuring that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent service.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and protocols, and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and management. They will be a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
