Job Title: Paid Social Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to join our team at Starcom. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing social media plans that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media plans, including creating and managing social media content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ad targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage social media budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, ad targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
