About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their complex financial needs and provide personalized advice and guidance.
  2. Investment Planning and Portfolio Management: Leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for clients, ensuring their financial goals are met and exceeded.
  3. Business Development and Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow your client base and increase revenue.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Experience and Education: 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a strong understanding of financial planning and portfolio management principles. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent is required.
  2. Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a passion for financial planning and portfolio management.
  3. Professional Certifications: Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent certifications are an asset.
