Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client contacts, including telephone and email inquiries
  • Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management
  • Assist with the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure timely settlement and delivery
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in the wealth management industry

The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which can significantly increase your total compensation.
