- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Financial Product Sales: Arrange for the sale of financial products and investments to clients, ensuring they are suitable for their needs and risk tolerance.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issues, and prepare offering prospectuses for new issues of stocks and bonds.
- Financial Statement Audits: Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities.
- Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, helping them to advance in their careers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
