Job Title: Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team at SouthStar Immigration Consulting Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of the office.
  • Organize and assign work to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop staff in policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units.
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
