Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Manage the office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order and that the office is well-maintained.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the team, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on office matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives, ensuring that the office is a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
