Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30 to 44 hours per week.
