Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

KPS ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work under pressure.
