Drive Champ Inc. is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease. Responsibilities include arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and compiling data and statistics. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for arranging travel and itineraries, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented
