Parts Inventory Specialist

Toromont Cat is seeking a skilled Parts Inventory Analyst to drive inventory management and procurement excellence across our 50+ branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Procure parts for the entire company, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce non-performing parts inventory and expenses.
- Work closely with branches to resolve customer 'Buy Back' return requests, determining eligibility and issuing credit notes.
- Collaborate with Caterpillar and branch teams to identify inventory requirements and optimize stock levels.
- Monitor and review consignment inventory accounts, ensuring accurate inventory levels through regular counts.
- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Knowledge of AS/400, DBS parts system, and inventory control policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a parts sales or distribution environment, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in business or office administration.
