Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Polos Social Lounge. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment: Our dining room is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
