Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor

At Polos Social Lounge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including portioning, plating, and presentation, to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are always up to date.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to our management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Our dining room is a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will need to be able to work under pressure, think on your feet, and make quick decisions to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
