Dining Room Supervisor

At Polos Social Lounge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and accurate.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing insights into our dining room operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience in our dining room.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our dining room is a fast-paced environment, and you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to work as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
