About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Away From Home Distribution and Retail team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with major distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major distributors and retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
