The Role: Lead, Away From Home (AFH) Distribution and Retail

As the Lead, Away From Home (AFH) Distribution and Retail, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Kraft Heinz's success within the Canadian foodservice market. Reporting to the Head of AFH (Canada), you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals responsible for managing relationships with major distributors and retailers, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor, manage, and coach a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a high-performing culture that empowers growth and recognizes achievements.
  • Business Strategy & Execution: Lead cross-functional business planning within the AFH Distribution and Retail channel, driving strong performance across all initiatives. Develop, track, analyze, and evaluate insightful business plans based on AFH priorities, customer strategies, and external factors.
  • Customer Excellence: Serve as a trusted liaison between customers and Kraft Heinz, building strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels. Lead major business reviews and customer visits, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and driving profitable growth.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the CPG industry with a focus on Away From Home (Foodservice).
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the restaurant, retail, culinary, or distributor industry is preferred.
