**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Smart 3D software for industrial, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.

The role involves collaborating with engineers and project teams to develop detailed designs, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and structural models.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain 3D models using Smart 3D for piping, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
  • Generate detailed design drawings, including isometrics, general arrangements, and fabrication drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design workflows.
  • Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry codes, and client requirements.
  • Maintain and update model databases and document design changes.
  • Work with other CAD designers and drafters to ensure consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables.
  • Support project coordination meetings and provide technical input.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an S3D Designer in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, shipbuilding, or industrial construction.
  • Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D).
  • Strong understanding of piping, structural, and/or mechanical design principles.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, and ISO.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
