About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer support specialist to join our team at goeasy. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect
  • Respond to partner questions and requests (both through telephone, chat and email)
  • Ask great questions in order to identify the partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience working inbound customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Full-time availability in our Pickering, ON head office
Operating Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 11:00pm and Saturday to Sunday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
