At Millwoods Meat Shop Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional - Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 per year for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, as well as coordinating various operational tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate meetings and appointments with staff members, clients, and vendors.
- Manage Contracts: Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with Management and Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with senior management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure seamless collaboration and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. A background in administration or a related field is highly desirable.
