Asset Protection Specialist

At Hudson's Bay, we're committed to creating a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected. As an Asset Protection Investigator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft and loss, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage, working closely with store teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to ensure that perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our store's security protocols.
- Provide training and support to store staff on security procedures and protocols.
- Valid security license (region/market specific)
- Awareness of retail procedures and civil/criminal proceedings
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
