Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences.
* Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on customer relationship-building and account management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
