Job Summary

Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Experience and Education
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Requirements
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 45 hours per week.
