Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Resource Team as a Clinical Resource Nurse. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise to clinical team members and assume a leadership role in coordinating patient care within the healthcare facility.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote quality patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance nursing practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Minimum three years of recent experience in acute or long-term care, with a focus on ophthalmology.
- Charge nurse experience and leadership skills are highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare management or leadership.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
