Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing independent nursing services and administering prescribed medical treatments
- Leading the healthcare team and coordinating patient care and discharge
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One (1) year of experience in CSIU and/or surgical nursing and/or cardiology nursing
- Graduation from an approved Registered Nursing education program
- Current CRNM registration
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM)
- Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration
- SUCCESSFUL SCHEDULED and COMPLETION OF the Advanced Assessment Course
