About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Harmony Health Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Stock Management: Stock linen closet and ensure that all necessary cleaning supplies are available.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and physically demanding.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with overtime required as needed.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, judgement, organized, team player, patience, and honesty.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a permanent position available.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week.
