Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust and polish furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' personal belongings are safe and secure.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure our guests' needs are met.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to ensure our guests are aware of our amenities and services.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure our guests are satisfied with their experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is required but not necessary.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
