Xpera is a national independent adjusting company that provides claims services for insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.

We are looking for a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will be responsible for handling, investigating, and managing claims, reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements, and ensuring appropriate coverage is in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and investigation of claims
  • Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
  • Preparing documents and mandatory forms as required
  • Managing a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
  • Managing reserves, payments, and financials
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain an adjusters license
  • Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
  • Demonstrated behaviors showing initiative and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
  • Proven ability to contribute to and work well with a team environment

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
