We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Shining Stars Daycare. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that encourages children to explore and learn

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
