Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Claims Adjuster Trainee. This position offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the claims industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a case load of claim matters in compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
  • Preparing documents and mandatory forms as required
  • Ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Action/results orientation with the ability to take initiative
  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
