Job DescriptionWe're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Claims Adjuster Trainee. This position offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the claims industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a case load of claim matters in compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
- Preparing documents and mandatory forms as required
- Ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
- Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Action/results orientation with the ability to take initiative
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
- A high attention to detail and service orientation
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
- A willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
Xpera offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy:
