We are a dynamic and fast-paced coffee shop looking for a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving specialty food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
  • Food and Beverage Preparation
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
    • Balance cash and record sales
  • Environmental Services
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
