**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all guests are served in a timely manner.
- Train and manage servers and other staff members.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to health standards.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Manage the inventory of food and beverages.
