We are seeking a dynamic Executive Business Director to lead our team in Fort McMurray, Canada.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join beBee Professionals as a key member of our leadership team. As an Executive Business Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our organization, driving profitability and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor department heads, fostering effective communication and teamwork to drive business success.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
