About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the overall store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Inventory and Merchandise: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage store budgets, including controlling expenses and monitoring revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
