The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design and Optimization Expert to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating various initiatives and determining how process design can contribute to meeting strategic and initiative objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
  2. Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact projects that drive business results.
  4. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements that drive business results and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of business management or consulting experience within the financial services industry or consulting firms.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Proven record of high performance and achievements in previous positions.
  4. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement designation.
  5. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
