The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Consultant to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating various initiatives and determining how process design can contribute to meeting strategic and initiative objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and develop high-impact cross-functional projects for the enterprise.
  • Design or redesign business processes to improve operational efficiencies and align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and subject matter experts to analyze current state processes and identify improvement recommendations.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize target state processes and improve business outcomes.
  • Work with project teams to implement agreed-upon solutions and effectively transition improvement recommendations.
  • Analyze data to support improvement recommendations and create business cases.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of business management or consulting experience within the financial services industry or consulting firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in previous positions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement designation.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation building and delivery skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
