About the Role

The Process Design Consultant will play a key role in driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives at IG Wealth Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end business reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact cross-functional projects that drive business outcomes and meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align on approach, including business problem definition, objectives, scope, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, business partners, and subject matter experts to analyze current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize recommendations.
  • Work with project teams to implement agreed-upon solutions and effectively transition improvement recommendations.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support improvement recommendations and business case creation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of business management or consulting experience within the financial services industry or consulting firms.
  • Solid functional knowledge, including strategy, business transformation, product development, project management, investment operations, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in past positions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement designation.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation building/delivery and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
