Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1696899 Alberta Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
