We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Black + Blue Toronto. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers and patients
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen setting
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
