Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the flow of information and documents
* Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
* Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
* Relay service to persons with disabilities

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Bilingual skills
* MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and computerized bookkeeping system proficiency
