Job Title: Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at KULLUR LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our law office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain Filing System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for client files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Determine and Establish Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation of the law office.
  • Arrange Travel and Itineraries: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Prepare and Key in Correspondence: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and Proofread Documents: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
