We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Perla Oyster Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
